I can't make sense of this, via this, nor will I try to. However, I fully expect it to start becoming part of an email chain, if it isn't already. Basically, there's supposedly some sort of hand-written Russian document from the GRU - Russian military intelligence - archives that will "prove" that John McCain collaborated with his captors at the Hanoi Hilton in Vietnam. And, the Clintons - Bubba's apparently a CIA asset - will use it to blackmail him into taking a fall.
A handwritten document - especially from any Russian archives - is hardly conclusive evidence, and in any case there are many things in the here and the now on which to sink McCain's candidacy. I strongly advise concentrating on those.
