About half of Americans say children of illegal aliens should not receive automatic citizenship, and three in five support a barrier along the U.S.-Mexico border, according to a poll that will boost Republicans looking to make those proposals part of immigration bills.

Independent pollster Scott Rasmussen said Americans favored a barrier 60 percent to 29 percent, with even higher support -- 75 percent -- among self-identified conservatives.

His poll of 1,500 adults, taken over the weekend, also found that 49 percent favored ending birthright citizenship and 41 percent opposed such a change. That proposal scored 58 percent support among conservatives, was opposed by 54 percent of liberals and split moderates evenly at 46 percent...

Great Blog.
Trust me, you aren't the only "lonewacko". It's just the rest of the conservative base is just too busy WORKING and supporting themselves and there heterosexually created family (something the homosexual agenda couldn't create) to care. The libs are letting the government support them and they have all the time in the world (World Workers Party?...They do everything BUT work).
I have a t-shirt that says "I heart LEGAL Immigrants". You should hear the snivelers when I wear it.
Fight the good fight.

The fact is this non nation will be by de facto Mexico Within 10 years.

I think its time to start understanding our enemies, and look at this issues of so called birthrights for what it is, by the way citizenship means nothing in a joke of a nation.
watch what happens in 2008 you will love it.

Amazing how some lamebrains can't get beyond the narrow confines of partisan politics.

The US is one of handful of developed countries that gives birthright citizenship to the children of illegal aliens. The latest country to end it was Ireland. It was done by referendum and the vote was some eighty percent in favor of the change.

I still read RWN even though I was kicked off last week. I find it hilarious that you guys seem to just be ignoring the huge Democratic wins Tuesday. And what a slap in the face to W. that he actually hurt the Repub candidate in Virginia!

Can't wait till '06
