- It plays music without you giving it permission.

- I wonder about that "e*PetBay TM" at the top. Trademarked? Really? I wonder what "eBay" would think about that.

- "RatsAreUs"? I know ToysRUs had a bit of trouble, but did they stop defending their marks?

- IT'S GOT A BIG PICTURE OF FRIGGING RATS.
