Kennedy-McCain gets Mexican government stamp of approval

If the government of Mexico had to choose, they'd take the immigration "reform" legislation proposed by (U.S.) Senators John McCain and Teddy Kennedy.

Presidential spokesman Ruben Aguilar today said the bipartisan proposal is the one that comes closest to what Mexico wants... Mexican Foreign Secretary Luis Ernesto Derbez discussed such issues yesterday during meetings in Washington.

No doubt those two fine Senators welcomed this endorsement of their proposal. While we don't want to engage in guilt by association, many other people also endorse their scheme, and many of those are a bit shaky on that whole patriotism thing.

Note also that our amigos seem to be playing both sides of the artificially-created street: "Mexico approves of Bush Temporary Worker Scheme".

We are from one planet to share and be responssible to build it further. Modernization means against the animal-hood to the better Civillization, which is interpreted better by Co-ordination, Integration, unification, peaceful co-existances for one common interest, round the World.
"Immigration-reform round the World, without hating other country's Good/Working/non-criminal peoples", would be the "first & foremost" steps to get the World Modern, Progressive with no-war and with no-terrorism.
First of all, Criminal & Terrorist peoples would not be allowed to move by Visa or, without Visa.
Next Visa-requirements to enter one country by the others, mandates background-check, which includes the Wealth-check. Poor Foreigners are refused by almost all countries, to issue a Visa, to entry their country. Poor Foreigners are all not Good or, Bad.
Relocation needed for both poor or, rich. Relocation would be allowed or, granted for both poor & Rich. Poor & Distressed peoples would be offered a chance through a relocation or, through a fresh-start, at a fresh new place & Enviornment. But poor peoples would not be issued a Visa to enter a new country, by the other Countries' Immigration Department. This thing can be adjusted, by allowing the poor & needy peoples to allow a second country, through the borders (without Visaa) and subsequently grooming them to a new & fresh Citizenship. New Location, New Environment, New Country, New System can re-boost the poor/failure/distressed peoples of the other countries, to take a fresh outlok to re-start in their lives. This chance would be for anyone in any country, without any Nationality Check. But Criminal & Terrorism background would be checked & considered seriously, by any country, when they would handle the new entries(through the borders, without Visas), who are considered to be poor & needy. If the peoples without Visaa, are not criminals, or, are not terrorists, then it is scientific & religious, to rehabilitate those poor/innocent/needy peoples, with a new country citizenship. This would be a potential & effective way, to make a War against Crimes & Terrorisms, by allowing the Poor/Innocent/Needy/Honest foreigners(without Visas), to become the Citizens of the Other Countries, through a new slow & sure Process, in steps, of the "World-Wide-Immigration-Review".
