Given the numbers we're talking about, this may be asking too much. This is why it makes sense to do something to decrease the number of people trying to come here, e.g. not offering those already here illegally amnesty, and in general enforcing the law, including against employers. Word would get around.
This demonstrates traitorous irresponsibility on the part of the government that, years after 9-11, they do not have facilities sufficient to handle all the deportees. It is deliberate damage to the citizenry, and to the constitutional requirement to defend the states from foreign aggressors.
