Unfortunately, the source for the title is Civil rights lawyer Connie Rice, who is one of the "leaders" discussed in the previous post. Reading the rest of the Beeb's fawning report is left as an exercise, just bear in mind that the version of the article you read might have changed from the one read by this blogger.
