Amnesty International Says It Has Evidence of 'Pattern of Torture'

Yeah, that's nice. Perhaps we could talk about AI's Pattern of Anti-American Bias? Sure, as previously stated, Abu Ghraib is not a good thing, and it needs to be dealt with. However, we also need to watch for those who will seek to use this incident to suit their agendas. Especially if they largely ignored Saddam's years and years of torture and murder.

This leftie wants to believe that we are attacking innocent civilians. We are after the insurgents that caused over 30 years of torture in Iraq. Those aren't the true Iraqi citizens, Expat.

Believe all you want that Americans are their for the primary reason of torturing guilty soldiers. Try to ignore our food programs, and medical attention we are giving to the civilians also. This way your argument becomes more convenient.

Man, you just love the fact that a few soldiers committed some stupid actions against guilty prisoners. I think it was horrible what they did, but at least they are alive.

Love your apologies for US military thuggery. Just a few bad apples, right? Nothing to do with standard operating procedure for military intelligence, right? Face it, Lonewhacko (what an apt moniker, by the way), your heroic soldiers are just as animalistic as Saddam's heroic soldiers.

And don't try, as you so feebly did, to shift the discussion to the supposed bias of AI. What a crock!

Those Iraqis gotta love us, right? We invade for no reason, kill tens of thousands of them, and if they don't like it, we throw them in dungeons and unleash the beastiality of the US military on them. What was that about winning hearts and minds?

Lonewhacko, aggressive idiots like you should put down the keyboard and grab the rifle. Put your ass where your mouth is, chump. Maybe we can give you the Pat Tillman memorial award.

AI had to place those reports because they couldn't ignore them as much as they'd like too. Regarding the torture of Iraqi prisoners, AI definetely relishes this!

I find it so freakin' ironic that our main line media sources are so focused on the unfair treatment of the Iraqi prisoners by the Coalition forces, yet they won't any pictures leak out of the mass graves that Saddam dug.

We have a few stupid soldiers, they are not representative of the majority.

Not sure what you mean by asserting that AI ignored Saddam's torture and murder. I just went to Amnesty International's site and searched for their Iraq reports. Seems to me there are plenty of reports documenting torture and murder under the Saddam regime.
