This must be a low budget show: they apparently couldn't hire a real Russian voice coach.

The new theme (by Mike Post) sucks: a cross between the real Dragnet theme and the Miami Vice theme.

Who'd dump a body at Angel's Point in Elysian Park anyway? Isn't the gate at the bottom locked at night, meaning it's a cul de sac at night? Although, the Hillside Stranglers did dump a body nearby.
