Supposed declaration on Bill Clinton paid off by Marc Rich (pardon, Eric Holder confirmation)

I don't exactly believe this, but there's a picture here of a supposed declaration from an unnamed witness describing how commodities trader Marc Rich set up a $250 million fund to assure that he was pardoned by president Bill Clinton. For those whose memories of those hazy, crazy days of the (first) Clinton administration are hazy, there's a description of the case here. Eric Holder - Barack Obama's current choice to be Attorney General - was involved in the pardon and the declaration might play a role in his confirmation hearings.

A warning: these mysterioso witnesses and declarations - with details to be released at some point in the future - are highly reminiscent of past things such as the API Michelle Obama tape, the Whitey tape, and so on and so forth. Anyone could easily make up a fake declaration, and it certainly doesn't look too lawyer-like to me.
