Bad art or good joke? CNN wants Obama "art" from viewers

CNN's iReport.com site is currently soliciting Obama art from their visitors. See "The Passion of the Obama?! 'CNN Newsroom' Showcases Obama Iconography" (link) for video featuring CNN anchor Tony Harris and producer Tyson Wheatley gushing over some of the submissions, including one depicting Barack Obama as Jesus Christ as depicted in the film "The Passion of the Christ".

A look at the ones that weren't featured on the TV initially made me think someone was trying to pull CNN's leg, like this one. However, she appears to be serious.

However, this one (pictured) I'm not so sure of. The tweeting bird and the smiling, jumping fish are just a bit too much, and I think someone might be making a joke. But, with Obama fans you never know.

If anyone has artistic skills, let me suggest taking a famous propaganda poster featuring a dictator and putting Obama's picture on it. Just don't go overboard. Or, work some sort of secret message into your artwork, and then reveal it after CNN features it so we can all have a good laugh.
